Contact FitStatsHub
FitStatsHub is a one-person project run by Ferdie Correa from Moore, Oklahoma. Every message comes to me directly, and I read all of them. The fastest way to reach me is by email:
Email: imferdie.ux@gmail.com
I usually reply within two to three business days. Messages about factual errors get priority.
What you can contact me about
- Corrections. If an article or calculator has a wrong number, an outdated guideline or a broken source link, please tell me. Include the page URL and, if possible, the source you are relying on. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's "Last updated" date is changed.
- Calculator problems. If a tool on the Tools page gives a result that looks wrong, send the inputs you used (age, units, values), the result you saw, and your browser and device. That lets me reproduce the issue.
- Suggestions. Ideas for new articles or calculators are welcome. Many current pages started as reader questions.
- Privacy requests. Questions about data, cookies or advertising are covered in the Privacy Policy; email me for anything it doesn't answer.
- Business, partnership and policy inquiries. Including ownership verification and advertising questions.
What I can't help with
I am a health enthusiast, not a doctor, dietitian or licensed trainer, so I can't give personal medical, nutrition or treatment advice, interpret your lab results, or recommend medication. For those questions, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 (in the US) or your local emergency number right away. Don't wait for an email reply.
To help me respond faster
- Use a clear subject line, such as "Correction: protein article" or "TDEE calculator bug".
- Include the full URL of the page your message is about.
- Keep personal health details out of your message unless they are needed to describe a calculator issue.
Abusive, illegal or spam messages will be ignored. You can learn more about the site and the person behind it on the About page, and read how content is handled in the Terms of Use.
