About FitStatsHub
Publisher
FitStatsHub is an independently published educational website focused on practical health planning workflows. The platform is designed to help users turn baseline body metrics into structured nutrition and workout plans.
Who's Behind FitStatsHub
FitStatsHub is run by Ferdie Correa, a health enthusiast based in Moore, Oklahoma. He built it to put the numbers people usually look up one at a time (BMI, daily calorie needs, protein targets, and glucose and cholesterol ranges) into one planner, with plain-language articles that explain what each number means and where it falls short.
The articles draw on reputable sources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA), and each one links to the sources it uses so you can check them yourself.
Ferdie is not a doctor, dietitian or other licensed medical professional. Everything on FitStatsHub is educational and is not medical advice. If you spot an error, please get in touch so it can be corrected.
What This Tool Does
FitStatsHub provides BMI analysis, estimated calorie targets, seven-day meal planning, and four-week workout guidance. It supports common dietary preferences, user-selected restrictions, and bodyweight or gym training paths.
How Outputs Are Generated
Calculations are deterministic based on the values you enter. The generated plan is intended for planning and educational use, including downloadable PDF summaries for personal tracking.
Important Medical Note
FitStatsHub does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making major nutrition, training, or medical decisions.
